Will anyone see my email address? Your email will not be revealed to another user unless you complete a transaction with a buyer or seller.
How do I contact other users? You can send a private message to another user in "Ask Seller a Question" section when you view an item.
Can I change my User ID? No. You cannot change your User ID. Remember that your User ID is associated with your rating and this helps others to evaluate you and do business with those with positive ratings.
May I have more than one User ID? You may have more than one user ID, but it is not recommended.
How do I pay my Seller? MuchDeal does not handle or accept any payments from buyers for items. Each seller handles payments and shipping for their stores.
Can I sell if I'm not a Chinese supplier? Yes, you can sell items on MuchDeal even if you are not a Chinese supplier.
What is Swap? ’Swap?or ’Trade?items you have with other members items. If other members are willing to swap you will see a ’Swap?button on the item detail page.
What are Want Ads? Want Ads allow you to post what you are looking for. A seller can contact you directly and it's free to post. Our Want Ads really take the work out of finding your item!
